Why The Jenkins Family Nature Preserve
Nature is the natural, physical, and material world or Universe. Nature can refer to the phenomena of the physical world, and also to life in general. Nature is our sole supplier.
Nature’s importance to the human race is essential to life. Nature provides the natural world around us, food, water, medicine, and materials for shelter. Humans rely on nature for climate cycles and nutrients.
The air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, and the materials we use for shelter, and daily necessities is contributed to natural resources. It is important to protect nature. Taking care of our environment will protect lives such as animals, plants, crops, trees, and even our own.
TJFNP, Inc. has a little over 20 full acres of land to contribute to just this- protecting nature and educating people from all walks of life- teaching how to use, appreciate, protect, and benefit from nature one moment at a time.
